#asktheexperts Hi Doctor! I am mom of 3 months old baby. I have low breastmilk supply..So can I take galact granules?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. yes you can have but most importantly More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed.
baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient.
Check for good latch, correct position while feeding
