Maam then you should check with your doctor to know and understand why your child is not having breast milk because you’re not mentioned are you giving formula as well to the child because sometimes when kids are combination feeding them they reject breastfeeding so that can also be a case but if that is not the situation then in that case you may need to check with your doctor on that
