#asktheexperts My baby is 4 months old, and she sleeps only after I swaddle her; in fact, when she takes a nap during the day, she only sleeps if I swaddle her. Is it recommended to swaddle a 4-month-old baby?

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl18 hours agoA. Not a problem a lot of kids are comfortable with the process so you can of course go ahead with that there is no problem till six months if the child is cooperating swaddling then there is no problem because a lot of kids like to sleep that way
