#asktheexperts my baby is 4.850 kg and she is 3 months old her birth weight is 2.70 kg ...is she underweight or this is proper?

A. dear mum, weight of 4.85 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.7 kg. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

Absolutely looking at the birth weight of the child the current weight of your child is completely natural and normal so you do not have to worry about it your child is gaining absolutely well as per the current age and the birth weight of Jayasudha seems completely fine to me you absolutely have nothing to be worried in this
