#asktheexperts my baby is 4.5 months old. can I start giving her solids since I'll be joining work soon.

A. good morning you can introduce formula if you want to the child but I will not recommend you to give anything about from mother's milk before the age of 6 months after that you can start giving semi solids

Q. #asktheexpert hi mam am a working mother am going back to work my baby is 6 months 10 days old. we started solids to my baby during 5 months and baby is eating also. am going to work at 9:30 till that time i can give around 2 to 3 feeds to my baby. after that around 11 to 12 we ll give some food. at 2'o clock I ll come back from work to feed my baby later again at 5:30 I ll come back from work. then he ll get feeding. is it ok to continue like this or any changes can i do???

Q. I am giving solids twice a day to almost 8 months old baby . Apart from that he is breastfeeding . I have to start joining work from next month I ll be away from him for almost 9 hours . Pumping milk wouldn’t be sufficient and I tried naan and endamil he doesn’t like it . Kindly suggest how can I substitute this. Is it ok to give cow milk once a day
