Q.

I am giving solids twice a day to almost 8 months old baby . Apart from that he is breastfeeding . I have to start joining work from next month I ll be away from him for almost 9 hours . Pumping milk wouldn’t be sufficient and I tried naan and endamil he doesn’t like it . Kindly suggest how can I substitute this. Is it ok to give cow milk once a day

A. hi it is ok to give cow's milk. but first make sure your child should feel comfortable with it . so , first start giving it in few spoons of quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not. then increase it's frequency.
