Q.

My son is 5 months old next month I will be joining for work I will i manage How many hours I can keep breast milk out side and in refrigerator What Famula feed I can give

A. during winters you can store milk outside also for 5-6 hours that can be given in sterlized glass bottle and warmed with double boiler method ..if breast milk is sufficient then there's no need to start formula

A. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
