Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 3 months old and weighs 6 kgs. I am currently giving him 90 mL formula feed at night twice and my breastfeed at all other times during day and night. Of late, He has been waking up a lot at night asking for feed again and again. Should I increase the formula feed?

A. 90 ML for a three month old child is good enough but in the night avoid breastfeeding then you give only formula because that she can keep the child full for a longer duration and yes if you want to make it 120 ML there is no harm maybe your child is having growth spurt which is why your child is asking for more milk and small spa
