#asktheexperts my baby is 3 month old, can we start ceralac pr any semi liquids containing some rice or dal essence.

A. dear mum , no not at all baby digestive system is not ready it can risk infection even reduce milk supply breastmilk is natures complete food most nourishing only after 6 mths complete begin top food
