NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello baby is just 23 days old and it is absolutely normal and nothing to worry and gently massage your baby legs using mild and gentle baby massage oil like Babyhug whi h can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
