Q.
#asktheexperts my baby is 15 months old .I have not given salt so far. if she is eating with out salt it's good or we need to start salt. please clarify.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 days agoA. yes you can add a little amount of salt in her food now, no worries. give all family food in roughly mashed form. limit milk intake up to 450 ml per day
