hello doctor... my baby is 7 month old now... my elders say that I should add salt to my baby's food... so what should I do... should I give salt to my baby at this age ??... if I can so which salt i can use rock salt or white salt... please suggest me... and I also want to know alternative of sweetness in food..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician1 day agoA. It is better than you avoid salt to the baby turns one year old, but if he is refusing food, that’s planned, you can add a little amount of jaggery powder or dates for sweetness in place of sugar.
