Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 15 months old and m breastfeeding her. But one side is producing good amt of milk and the other one I'm small amount due to which one side of breast has become small n other one is comparatively big. please suggest what shall I do to get it back to normal shape

A. Hello dear parent! It is a very normal finding. You can start doing some breast toning exercises. Be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
