#asktheexperts my baby is 15 month old but her health is very weak so what should i do for her good health?

A. dear parent, for good health of your 15 months old baby, Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups childs daily diet should have: cereals starch like rice wheat corn , sago, Limited amount of bread at least 2 servings of good protein like pulses, beans, eggs, soya , milk and Milk products, fish chicken, meat variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables Nuts like almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, Chiki multigrain laddu, peanut butter are good at least half litre full fat milk. But avoid bottle feeding which reduces appetite for other food. milk should also be given in the form Milk products or recipes like porridge or kheer . so 1-2 glasses milk and rest as paneer or cheese or curd add ghee on top of food to provide more energy squeeze some lemon over food where possible to increase iron absorption. give 5 meals in a day including 2 healthy snacks in between. 2 healty snacks in addition.
