#asktheexperts my baby is 14 months old. However, he wakes up frequently at night every 2 hours. he sleeps 2 hours during the day and yet doesn't sleep continuously at night. does the sleep cycle set naturally, or anything can be done to set it up? Thanks

A. Wake up for a feed during this time which is common for their age of child from time to time and if you want you can also introduce cows milk or buffaloes milk during the night time which is going to keep them sleeping for a better duration as that is going to be more fulfilling
