ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 8 months old now sometimes baby suffer from low hemoglobin levels in blood which cause muscle pain and fatigue.so consult with your pediatrician and get an iron and multivitamin supplement
