#asktheexperts my baby is 13 day old..uski umbilical cord ka uper ka portion nikal gaya but belly button abhi bhi cure nahi hai..Dr ne Fusiwal B cream apply karne ko bola hai but cream lagane k baad bhi belly button me bleeding dikhai deta hai..plz give some advice

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Not to worry for that, you should just maintain proper hygiene at the area and apply the antiseptic cream properly till the wound gets dry,
do not rub over the area. And also while wearing clothes you should check the clothes are not rubbing at that area.
