#asktheexperts my baby is 10th month old and is having cold from 12 days and fever from 2 days . I am giving nasoclear drops and paracetemol drops. Can i use meftal instead of paracetemol because fever is reducing and coming back again after 5 hrs

A. if the 10 months old baby suffering from cold you can give syrup sinarest 5 ml 3 times in a day and also consult your doctor further for proper needful
