My daughter is 3.7years old. Dheere has fever and cold ..Can I give her meftal-p and Nasoclear nasal drops together?

A. it is advisable to give paracetamol first and if it is not working for two hours then only go for higher medicines like meftal-p and yes you can give both the medicines together because one is given nasally and the other is given orally
