Hello mom make sure you can add some flavours to the food also incorporate certain food combinations as well such as dry fruits and nuts , also fresh fruits , or you add some vegetables to the rice .. make small stuff paranthas with panner or potatoes etc .soups , kichidi a combination of dal and rice

you can give mashed egg yolk..about half a tbsp.
you can give 1 tbsp banana 2-3 times a week
yogurt about tbsp.
mashed potato about 1 tbsp 2-3 times a week.
you can give some ghee also...about half tbsp...but in two servings. ...not all at once.
try any new food in small quantities and gradually increase.
preferably give in morning time.
