Use a saline nasal spray and a bulb syringe to clear a blocked nose. Keep the room humidified and elevate the baby’s head slightly while sleeping to ease breathing. Dress your baby in comfortable, warm clothes but avoid overheating. If there's a fever, difficulty breathing, refusal to feed, or if symptoms worsen, consult a pediatrician promptly.
