once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables,dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
