Your child completes the age of six months you can give external liquid to start with liquid you can give Dal and rice water slowly as the age progresses for 15 to 20 days you can shift to semi liquid food then semi solid solid start with the water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables purée khichdi and porridge then you can give varieties that made out of ragi Suji and oats as well and genuinely if you want your child to like what you gave please give salt in the food spices in the food chilli you should avoid till the time of eight months and other apart from that you should also read sweet instead of sugar you can use dates and jaggery
