Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi as your child is 6 months old,he will start his journey with solid foods. here I suggest some options to introduce him to a variety of taste and nutrients. you can start with mung dal Pani, rice water, homemade cerelac in few spoons of quantity. but please introduce New food one at a time, waiting a few days to see if there is an allergic reaction.
