#asktheexperts My baby completed 3 months. she sleeps from around 11 pm to 1 am but post that she keeps fidgeting in her sleep like she is both asleep and awake and keeps moving her hands and legs. is this normal? this is repeated every half hour till 5 am but she isn't fully awake

A. A lot of times child suffers with hunger and stomach pain which is why they wake up quite often in the night to take a feed and sometimes they’re cranky they don’t sleep well also you need to figure out what the situation and accordingly you can act on that
