Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and you can make slowly changes in the diet and physical activity and playing time to make an adjustment to the sleeping hours of the child

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Do Not make your child sleep in the daytime avoid making your child sleep all the time in the day because that is when they complete their sleep during the day time and also that is what make the other night sleep delayed so it would be better that you start feeding your child dinner early by 8 o’clock and then make your child sleep by 10 o’clock maximum
