Maam it is not good to break the sleep of the child because actually when you suddenly break or push your child to wake up at jolts their brain which is not good for them so I would recommend you to avoid giving daytime nap to the child for two or three days initially it would be difficult because your child would keep falling to want to sleep and all but if you manage these three days and your child will automatically start sleeping at eight or 830 in the night and will wake up fresh in the morning I started doing it when my child was 2 1/2 years old until date it is the same and don’t face a problem at all
