#AskTheExpert My 4 month old suddenly stopped sleeping through the night. She sleeps only at 3:00 am every night and wakes up around 12 Pm in the afternoon and takes naps post that. She keeps crying from 12-3 am. Is this normal ?

A. why colic issue. good sleep is a must for overall brain development of the baby . To give sound sleep to baby make sure the room is dark and quiet . Baby should not be hungry at bed time and also you can rock or swing baby to put to sleep .
