Wikoryl AF5 drops you can give three times in the day with a gap of eight hours for 3 to 5 days but before you go for any medication check with your doctor along with that you can put nasal drops and can also give steam indirectly keep the head elevated for better breathing you can prefer using a Babyhug hollow pillow
