Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is the nasal sound. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .

Give indirect steam inhalation
Take a good care of your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
