ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello parent your kids 4 month old passing small quantity of stools immediately post feed is normal as a part of gastrocolic reflex as long as the child is active taking feeds well normal urine output do not worry

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. If it is too runny or watery it's not normal. If Breastfeeding, did u take any new food recently which could be upsetting the baby's tummy. If so stop taking it. If the loose stools continue or happen more frequently then it's better to get the baby examined by ur pediatrician once and follow his advice on this. Meanwhile keep the baby well hydrated with frequent feedings.
