A. yes can be. it s absolutely normal for the baby to not pass stools daily as digestion process can be different for all . If baby does not pass stool even upto 1 week it s not to worry. If more than 1 week and baby has discomfort can use glycerine suppository for relief.  No syrup is given for this below 2 years for this issue .

A. Hello dear parent, babies upto 6 months of age can hold their poop for 7 days but beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric. To prevent this situation you must burp your baby after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. Good luck and take care
