#asktheexperts my afi is on a bit lower side (6.4) im feeling less movements comparatively but 10 times a day movements are there, intensity of the movements I feel reduced. what do I do?

A. Hello mama minimum 10 baby movements should be there in a day.. if u are getting this much then no need to worry. Also have a regular follow up with ur gynae.
