Q.

#asktheexperts my 8 months old daughter does not like to have water, she has very little water even though I try a lot. what else could I do increase her water intake and how much water is required at her age

A. no issue, You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.

A. Hi dear mom Eight month baby can take around 50-60 ml of water in a day. U can also give coconut water, fresh juices like apple carrot pomergrate etc, soup, daal ka pani etc to keep ur baby hydrated.
