Q.

#asktheexperts my 3 month old baby is on exclusive breastfeeding, sometimes breast milk supply became low. specially in night time . please suggest me a diet chart for mother . and if the mother has gas acidity problem does the baby affected?

A. yes, it can affect ur baby so do have simple yet healthy food, that should be non spicy non gressy. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, with green veggies n fresh fruits

A. Hello mom Yes if Mother is having gastric issues then it can affect mother’s milk. And if mother is not getting sufficient milk then the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. Even formula milk contains all the nutritious baby needs anything else till six months
