hi my baby is 3 months 13 days old and she is majorly on formula milk. my breast milk supply is extremely low. I want to increase the supply and put my baby on exclusive breastfeed. is that possible now , if yes how can I do it ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Have lactare tablets two times a day to increase bm. Having glass of jeera water daily two times a day also helps to improve lactation. Take care and all the best
