Q.

#asktheexperts my 20 months old daughter loves eating chicken and other kind of non vegetarian food. she can eat non veg 3 times a day. I just want to know how many times should i give her non veg in a week and what should b the ideal portion size

A. Child is too small and non-vegetarian food is very fattening and very high in cholesterol if your child likes to eat non-veg you can give it maybe twice in a week before going ahead with organic stuff basically what we get in the market is not very much relied for something which is much better and also twice in a week would be good enough because what is happening is these days because having too much of non-veg kids are getting obesity cholesterol problems in an early age and specially with a girl child are reaching the puberty very very early so you’ll have to take care of all these things specifically when it comes to non-vegetarian food
