A. Hey! Feeding every 2 to 3 hours should be ideal for the first few weeks. But if your baby is sleeping long enough without getting disturbed and also passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily, I guess it is okay to let the baby sleep. Check with your consulting paediatrician once.
