A. Dear mum, you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have all types of seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. There is no restriction for healthy foods.
