Calpol 10 drops you can give but you have to understand just by feeling the heat on the head you cannot determine it is fever you have to take the temperature with the thermometer I need the temperature shows 99° or more than that then it is fever and then only you should give the medicine otherwise it’s too cold to bring down the temperature
