See You didn’t mention your delivery details and when you were pregnant how much time back you delivered the child and all but if it is approximately one year then go for a proper exercising and follow intermittent fasting I think you will get better results with intermittent fasting and if you follow it religiously then you will definitely see good results in one or two months
