A. no need unless advised by the doctor refor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

Folic acid is not taken after delivery it is only taken till the time you do not deliver iron calcium and multivitamin for at least six months to 1 year depending upon your need and if you feel too much week or hair follow anything is happening then go ahead be taking omega-3 as wellWrite Your Answer Here
