#AskTheExpert After delivery is it necessary to take iron and calcium tablets? and if yes than how will it need to take those tablets?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. definitely you require Calcium and Iron post your delivery so continue take in both at least till 3 months post delivery and keep yourself hydrated keep taking nutritious and healthy diet
