how long we have to take calcium and iron tablets after delivery...??

A. It is ideal that you take calcium and iron medication for a minimum of three months after giving birth and if it is possible you can continue calcium with vitamin D as long as you exclusively breast-feed your babyWrite Your Answer Here

A. As long as u can or 45 days. But it's better to take natural food that contains calcium and Iron instead of depending on tablets

Hi Give adequate feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene Wash hands
