Q.

#asktheexperts Is it good to add jaggery in multigrain cerelac for 6month old baby. Is there is any effects with that? Thanks in advance

A. Namaste Mom, Most of the packaged cerelac contains added sugar to them , hence better to be avoided in such foods, but yes if you making the mix at home then you can add in small quantities

A. hi yes you may add but in very very small quantity as such there isn't any side effects I had also given Ragi porridge with jeggary in it to my child and hadn't faced any problem
