#asktheexperts Is it good to add jaggery in multigrain cerelac for 6month old baby. Is there is any effects with that? Thanks in advance

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Most of the packaged cerelac contains added sugar to them , hence better to be avoided in such foods, but yes if you making the mix at home then you can add in small quantities
