A. Whenever you are in your labour try to pull it up till the time of 39 weeks full but even after entering into the ninth month of your pregnancy if you hit your labour or you have to get the delivery done then also it is completely alright but at least try to pull these five or six weeks

Q. i had a previous twin pregnancy abortion at 18 weeks due to cervical incompetence.now i am 22 weeks 1 day pregnant singleton pregnancy.at 14 weeks my cervical length was 2 cm with os closed.i had undergone cervical stitch at 14 weeks.i am on weekly progesterone injections from then. after encerclage my cervical length incresed to 2.6 cm till 20 weeks.doctor said is it normal due to fluid collection cervical length increased.but now yesterday my cervical length again became 2 cm.and doctor advised strict bed rest with foot elevation..will my bed rest with foot elevation help??
