i had a previous twin pregnancy abortion at 18 weeks due to cervical incompetence.now i am 22 weeks 1 day pregnant singleton pregnancy.at 14 weeks my cervical length was 2 cm with os closed.i had undergone cervical stitch at 14 weeks.i am on weekly progesterone injections from then. after encerclage my cervical length incresed to 2.6 cm till 20 weeks.doctor said is it normal due to fluid collection cervical length increased.but now yesterday my cervical length again became 2 cm.and doctor advised strict bed rest with foot elevation..will my bed rest with foot elevation help??
