Q.
#asktheexperts i would like to know how much the quantity should we feed to a baby under 1 year and after 1 completion of 1 year? There i can find a list of baby food which we can feed them but there is no measure of feed.. how we can get to know that will not hamper baby liver if we my baby is on family pot?

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, irrespective of the age it’s always good to allow the baby to decide how much he/she wants to eat and also encourage healthy self eating habits. That will reduce fussiness at later stage
