#asktheexperts I would like to have a normal vaginal delivery, if possible, and I’m especially concerned about avoiding a tear or episiotomy. What can I do during pregnancy and labor to reduce the risk of tearing?

Madam there is going to make a cut because that is what is going to help you avoiding the and tear that happens when you deliver so if you are willing to go for the vaginal delivery you will have to get ready for the cut and the stitches there is no other alternative to it
