#asktheexperts I wanted to ask that for weight loss , what to eat and when give me suggestions about timings to eat

A. Namaste Mom Be mindful of what you consume you prefer home cooked fresh foods and natural foods as much as possible avoid late and heavy meals after 7 pm onwards in the morning try to have a good breakfast by 8 to 9 am lunch between 1 to 2 pm as such keep at least 4 to 6 hours gap engage in some form of physical exercise for at least 30 to 40 mins
